What we collect
Your account. You sign in with Google. We receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google, and nothing else: no access to your mail, files, calendar or contacts. We never see or store a password. We use this information only to create your account, show who is in a workspace, and email you about the service.
Amazon data. When you (or a client) authorize an Amazon selling account through Amazon's own consent page, Amazon gives us a token scoped to that account. We use it to read listing content and images, A+ content, catalog details, pricing and offer information, and the Sales & Traffic and Brand Analytics reports for the ASINs you audit. We do not read orders, customer names, addresses, payments or any other personal information about your buyers, and we don't ask Amazon for those permissions.
Audits and usage. We keep the audits you run, the findings and recommendations in them, the changes you push to Amazon through the service, and records of tokens spent. Payment details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.
What we do with it
We use the data to run the product: producing your audits, tracking changes, and pushing the edits you approve. Nothing else. We do not sell it, rent it, share it with advertisers, or combine one customer's Amazon data with another's. Benchmarks in your audits come from Amazon's own published figures for your account, never from other customers. Audit results are private to your workspace unless you create a share link, which you can revoke at any time.
Our use of Amazon data follows Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy for Selling Partner API developers. Our use of Google sign-in follows Google's API Services User Data Policy.
Who can see what
Access inside a workspace is controlled by its owner, who invites and removes members. Amazon tokens are stored server-side only, sent over TLS, held on encrypted storage, and never exposed to the browser. Our staff only look at a workspace's data to support you when you ask us to. Our infrastructure providers are Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and sign-in, on Amazon Web Services), Anthropic (analysis of listing content), Stripe (payments) and Resend (email). Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms.
How long we keep it
Amazon tokens are kept while an account stays connected and deleted when you disconnect it. Audit data stays as long as your workspace exists, so you can compare against earlier runs. Report extracts we pull from Amazon are refreshed each time an audit runs and are not kept beyond that history. Server logs are kept for 30 days.
Deleting your data
Disconnecting an Amazon account (in Settings, or by removing Kaiju Audit under Apps & Services → Manage your apps in Seller Central) stops all further use of its token, and we delete the token. Deleting your workspace removes your audits, connections and tokens. Email hello@kaijuapps.ai and we'll handle either, or full account deletion, within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll email workspace owners before it takes effect and update the date at the top.
