What to include

The email address you sign in with, the ASIN or the audit link, and what you expected to happen. A screenshot helps. Never send us your Amazon password; we never need it and we will ask you to change it if you do.

Connecting or disconnecting Amazon

Connect a Seller Central account from Settings → Connections; Amazon shows its own consent page and we never see your credentials. To disconnect, remove the account in Settings, or in Seller Central under Apps & Services → Manage your apps. Either way the token is deleted on our side.

Deleting your data

Email us from the address on the workspace and we will delete the workspace, its audits and its connections within 30 days. Details in the privacy policy.

Status

If something looks down, email us; we watch the inbox during US business hours and check it in the evening.
