The service

Kaiju Audit analyzes Amazon listings you have the right to access and produces audit reports, recommendations and change tracking. Paid features are billed in tokens; prices are shown before anything is charged. During beta some features are limited to invited workspaces and may change as we learn from them.

Your Amazon account

You connect an Amazon selling account through Amazon's own authorization page, which grants Kaiju Audit read access to listing, pricing and reporting data and, only when you explicitly push a change, write access to your listings. You can revoke that access at any time in Seller Central under Apps & Services → Manage your apps, or by disconnecting the account in Settings. Kaiju Audit is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon.

Your responsibilities

Connect only Amazon accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You're responsible for what you do with the recommendations, audits are analysis, not guarantees of results, and for any change you choose to push to Amazon. Don't use the service to violate Amazon's terms or anyone's rights, and don't try to access another workspace's data.

Tokens and billing

Tokens are consumed when work runs and aren't refundable once an audit or refresh has completed, except where something on our side failed, failed steps re-run free. Subscription terms are shown at purchase.

Our commitments and limits

We work to keep the service accurate and available, but it's provided "as is" without warranties. Amazon's data and policies change constantly; findings carry the date they were checked. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

Ending things

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We can suspend accounts that abuse the service or break these terms. How we handle your data is in the privacy policy.
